When you contact us, we receive the first and last name, company name, work email address, and message you provide. Please do not include confidential board materials or sensitive personal information in this form.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and signals used to distinguish people from automated traffic. We do not intentionally record contact form contents in application logs.

We use inquiry information to respond to your request and manage related follow-up. We use technical information to operate and secure the website and prevent abuse. If you allow optional analytics, we also measure website usage.

Submitting this contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, create a product account, or accept product terms. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Authorized Augii team members receive inquiries so they can respond. We use Vercel for website hosting, bot protection, and optional website analytics; Resend for email delivery; and YouTube for video playback when you choose to load a video. Inquiry emails are also stored by our team's email providers.

These providers process information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or website.

Optional Vercel Web Analytics stays off unless you accept analytics. It measures page views and successful contact submissions. Vercel's analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors. We do not send your name, email, company, message, or URL query parameters to analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing on this website.

You can accept or reject optional analytics in the privacy choices banner, and change or withdraw that choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. We store your choice in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page session. Essential hosting, security, and preference storage support website operation independently of optional analytics.

The local video preview does not load YouTube. The embedded YouTube player loads only after you select Load YouTube video. This connects your browser to YouTube, which may process your IP address, device information, and playback activity and use cookies or similar technologies under Google's privacy policy.

Video playback is separate from optional website analytics. Closing the player unloads the embed; it does not erase information already received by YouTube. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser.

We review inquiry records monthly and delete inactive inquiries once 12 months have passed since the last meaningful contact. This includes copies in the Augii recipient inboxes. Records needed for an ongoing customer relationship are managed separately, and we may retain information longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Email delivery records, technical logs, analytics records, and backups follow the applicable providers' retention schedules. We use the shortest practical retention available for our operational needs. Routine backup copies may remain until they expire under those schedules and are not used for ordinary inquiry follow-up.

Contact support@augii.ai to ask about information you submitted, request access, correction, or deletion, or stop inquiry-related follow-up. We may request limited information to verify your identity before acting. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and follow any applicable legal deadlines. We coordinate requests across the Augii recipient inboxes and relevant providers. If we need more time or must retain particular records, we explain the reason and applicable exceptions. Your rights and any available appeal options depend on where you live and applicable law.

We use safeguards intended to protect website and inquiry information. No system can guarantee complete security. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
